Removal and installation of a final collector

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. Working under the car, give bolts of fastening of a reception pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases to a final collector. Disconnect a pipe from a collector. Remove an air line passing between an air purifier and a cyclonic pyleotdelitel of preliminary cleaning. Give fixing bolts and remove from a final collector the thermofilter. Remember a point of connection of the tire of grounding. Moving on a spiral outside inside, gradually weaken fixture of a final collector. Remove fixing bolts, nuts and their washers and take assembly of a final collector from an impellent compartment (see an accompanying illustration).

    Check interfaced surfaces of a final collector on existence of cracks, deformations and other damages. Execute necessary repair, or replace a collector.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to smooth out carefully previously interfaced surfaces and to replace all laying. Do not forget to establish under washer fixture. Tighten fixture with demanded effort, moving on a spiral from within outside. At installation of the thermofilter do not forget to connect the grounding tire.

In order to avoid a prikipaniye and for the purpose of ensuring further maintainability of the equipment grease fixture carvings before installation by suitable anti-taking hermetic.

    Start the engine and check a collector on leakage of the fulfilled gases
