For ensuring access to a flywheel / it is necessary for driving disk to remove either the engine, or transmission. The choice is left to the discretion of the performer depending on existence near at hand the corresponding elevating equipment. |

Removal

Remove the engine, or transmission.
On models from RKPP mark the adjusting provision of a basket of coupling on a flywheel. Gradually weaken and turn out fixing bolts, remove a basket from directing pins and take coupling assembly.
Block from a provorachivaniye a flywheel / a driving disk and turn out bolts of its fastening (see an accompanying illustration).
Having marked the adjusting provision of a flywheel / a driving disk on a pin of a cranked shaft, remove it from the car.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down.
Track correctness of combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle. Tighten bolts of fastening of a flywheel / a driving disk with demanded effort.
On models from RKPP center a conducted disk of coupling on the directing plug of a cranked shaft, having used for this purpose old primary shaft of a transmission or the special centering tool. In stages, operating in a diagonal order, tighten bolts of fastening of a basket of coupling with demanded effort.

Condition check
|
|
Estimate size of palpation contacting to a disk the coupling/converter of rotation (working) surface of a flywheel / a driving disk. If the size of palpation both removed from a cranked shaft, and the flywheel put on it / a driving disk exceeds 0.1 mm, it is necessary to replace knot.
Check a working surface of a flywheel on existence of cracks, deep scratches and задиров.
Check a wreath teeth on existence of chips, cracks and operation signs.

Remove a flywheel from the car and drill an opening of ø 3 mm between two teeth of a wreath.
