Weaken nuts of fastening of a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve on the arm, turn of the lever transfer a zaslonka to completely open situation and take the cable end from the holder. Clean a cable aside, having laid it so that it did not disturb further work. Disunite the electric socket of the carburetor. Give a fixing nut of an arm of a directing tube measuring щупа and take a tube from an arm. Gradually weaken fixture of the inlet pipeline, moving on a spiral since the external ends of the pipeline to the middle. Carefully remove the inlet pipeline (see an accompanying illustration), watching to allowing dirt hit in the engine. Will throw out old laying.

Previously carefully smooth out all interfaced prokladochny surfaces and check them on existence of signs of violation of planeness. In case of need make a pipeline pro-point, or replace it. At assembly surely use new laying. In stages tighten fixture of the inlet pipeline with demanded effort. Begin from the center and move on a spiral outside. Connect all components disconnected in the course of dismantle. Fill in in a radiator cooling liquid. Start the engine and check it on existence of losses of depression, and also leakages of fuel and oil.

Dump pressure in a power supply system (see. Section Removal and installation of the engine of 4.2 l of EFI). Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. Weaken collars of fastening of a sleeve of an air line complete with the exhaust silencer on the case of a throttle and a measuring instrument of an air stream. Move a drive of a butterfly valve and disconnect the cable core. Give a bolt and remove a sleeve from the car. Weaken adjusting nuts of a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve and liberate a cable from an arm. Disconnect the following hoses:
PCV hose - from a forward part of the inlet pipeline; Hose of a purge of a coal adsorber - from the case of a throttle and a back part of the inlet pipeline (for a guarantee of correctness of connection at assembly do not forget to mark шлаги); Inlet hose of an air regulator - from the tube which has been built in in a back part of a cover of a head of cylinders.
Give bolts of fastening of shlangovy tubes to a wall of the inlet pipeline. Disconnect from the inlet pipeline heating hoses, remembering an order of their connection. Disunite three electric sockets, located on an arm in a forward part of the inlet pipeline. disconnect electroconducting from the electromagnetic valve of a purge of a coal adsorber in a back part of a cover of a head of cylinders and from the block of the sensor of temperature in a forward part of a head of cylinders. Give bolts of fastening of the inlet pipeline to a head of cylinders and remove the pipeline from the car. In case of need actually inlet pipeline can be separated from the delivery chamber after an otdavaniye of fixing bolts.

Installation make upside-down, taking into account the next moments:
