For maintenance of greasing of components of the forward bridge at demanded level, it is necessary to carry out monthly car run on distance not less than 16 km with the drive of naves of forward wheels included in the provision LOCK.
In the first case the leading forward bridge of the car is suspended on semi-elliptic sheet springs (springs) and equipped with shock-absorbers of bilateral action. Springs are established on rubber pillows, their forward party is fixed by earring means, back - an anchor finger.
Shock-absorbers are established also on rubber pillows. From below the shock-absorber fastens to a basic plate of a step-ladder of a spring while its top part is attached to a frame of the chassis of the car.
Components of a forward suspension bracket of spring type
Peredny Bridge leans on springs and is fixed on them by the central bolt. Fastening of the bridge is carried out by means of U-shaped bolts of step-ladders.
The stabilizer of cross-section stability is fixed on a case of the forward bridge by means of two basic arms equipped with rezinometallichesky plugs while its external ends fasten by means of racks and rubber plugs to chassis arms.
In case of a spring suspension bracket the leading forward bridge is hung out by means of longitudinal levers and a cross-section jet bar.
