Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    To Poddomkratta a car front also establish it on props. Mark the provision of a reference point of a steering damper on the car chassis (location of a steering damper on Utilitya's (Van) models and the Mini-truck is shown on an accompanying illustration).
1 — the pendular lever of cross-section steering draft
2 — a steering damper
3 — connecting draft
4 — longitudinal steering draft
    Give nuts of fastening of a steering damper to the chassis and cross-section steering draft. Remove a steering damper from the car, trying not to damage thus rubber plugs. Undertake a steering damper for both ends and several times completely compress it, stretching then against the stop. If during a damper breakthroughs and jamming points are observed, it is necessary to replace it. Examine a damper outside on existence of traces of leakages of liquid, dents and other damages. In case of need make replacement. Estimate a condition of rubber plugs, in case of need replace them.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Track combination of the landing labels of reference points of a damper put in the course of dismantle. Strongly tighten fixing nuts.
