Removal and installation of the flexible coupling of a steering shaft Removal

Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
With quick-drying paint mark position of the flexible coupling in relation to a steering shaft and the steering mechanism.
Give coupling bolts of the flexible coupling (see an accompanying illustration).
Open coupling cuts by means of a screw-driver with a wide sting.
Shift the flexible coupling towards a steering wheel and remove it from the car.

Installation

Before installation check a condition of a rubber element and шлицов the flexible coupling. In case of need make replacement.
Achieve combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle, then tighten coupling bolts with effort of 39 ÷ 49 Nanometers.
