Tighten bolts of fastening of assembly with effort of 45 ÷ 55 Nanometers.

Dismantling
|

Remove assembly of the pendular lever of cross-section steering draft from the car.

Give bolts of fastening of a cover of the pendular lever to a casing.

By means of a suitable drift and a hammer carefully beat out an epiploon from the bottom end face of a casing, then remove the bottom plug.

Wash out all components of assembly in suitable solvent, then carefully dry them.
Examine an assembly casing on existence of cracks and other damages.
Check a condition of an axis, a casing and plugs. In case of detection of signs of wear or damages replace defective components.
Check a condition (degree of wear and weakening of effort of compression) springs.
Examine the lever on existence of cracks and other damages.

Assembly

Establish in a casing of the pendular lever of the plug.
Grease a new epiploon outside with suitable hermetic, then plant it by means of an opravka from below in a casing. Grease epiploon sponges with universal greasing.
Grease with universal greasing contacting surfaces of plugs of a casing and an axis, then insert an axis into a casing
Establish a plate and a spring. Track, that uvulas of a plate of a spring correctly settled down in a casing.
Establish a cover of a casing of the pendular lever with new laying, strongly tighten fixing bolts.
Dress the lever on an axis, strongly tighten a fixing nut and fix its shplinty.
Measure an initial torque of a provorachivaniye of the pendular lever:
Grasp the lever and move it forward-back in a range about 90 ° for greasing distribution.
Dress on a nut of an axis of the lever a replaceable face head.
Connect to a head a sensitive dinamometrichesky key and, putting to a key collar effort, consider torque size at the moment of a lever stragivaniye from a place. The nominal rate makes 4.9 Nanometers.
If the result of measurement does not correspond to demanded value, the lever it is necessary to disassemble and eliminate the zakusyvaniye reason.
