For performance of this work the tool for cutting of a layer of hermetic is required. |

Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
To Poddomkratta a car front also establish it on props.
Turn out a drain stopper of the pallet and merge impellent oil in suitable capacity. Screw a stopper into place, having strongly tightened it.
Give bolts of fastening of the engine to intensifying arms of transmission, remove arms from the engine.
Gradually, in stages, give bolts of fastening of the pallet of a case of the engine. Otdavaniye make in a diagonal order, moving from edges of the pallet to the middle.
By means of the special tool cut through a pillow of sealing hermetic through which pallet fastens to an engine case.
In case of need give fixing bolts and remove from the engine a maslozabornik of the oil pump. Will throw out a sealing ring of round section.

Installation
Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Smooth out interfaced surfaces of the pallet and an engine case, having carefully removed from them all traces of a material of old laying.
Attentively examine the pallet, checking its flange on existence of mechanical damages. Execute necessary repair, or replace the defective pallet.
Wash out internal surfaces of the pallet and assembly of a maslozabornik by suitable solvent, having completely eliminated traces of coal deposits and шлама.
Establish a maslozabornik of the oil pump with a new sealing ring and tighten bolts of its fastening with effort of 16 ÷ 21 Nanometers.

When using for consolidation of landing of the pallet of hermetic lay in a flute of a flange and round boltovy openings in it a pillow of qualitative hermetic with diameter of section 3.5 of ÷ 4.5 mm. Within no more than five minutes after overlaying of hermetic press the pallet to the block, trying not to break a pillow continuity. Then screw fixing bolts and tighten them with demanded effort in the order shown on an accompanying illustration.

Establish intensifying arms, having tightened bolts of their fastening with demanded effort.
Fill in in the engine fresh oil, then start the engine and check it on leaks.

Start to fill in in the engine oil not earlier than what in thirty minutes after pallet installation. |
