Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props. Prop up the engine a jack, for distribution of loading having laid between a head of a jack and the case pallet the wooden block.

At a poddomkrachivaniye of the engine be careful, - if to lift the engine too highly, will appear wires, driving cables, and also radiatorny and fuel hoses are loaded.

    Give a nut of fastening of a pillow of a support of the engine to an arm, remove a washer. Give bolts of fastening of a support of the engine to the car chassis. Slightly raise the engine and remove its support. In case of need the arm can be removed from the engine after an otdavaniye of fixing bolts.

The rubber support of the engine moistened with oil are subject to replacement. Thus it is necessary to define and eliminate the leak reason in order to avoid fast failure of a new support.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    If the arm of a support acted in film from the engine, establish it on a place and tighten fixing bolts with effort of 43 ÷ 55 Nanometers. Do not tighten other fixture with final effort (77 ÷ 98 Nanometer) until all mass of the engine will not be transferred on its support.

    To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props. Prop up transmission by a jack, for distribution of loading having laid between a head of a jack and a transmission case the wooden block. Give nuts of fastening of a support to a cross-section beam. Give bolts of fastening of a support to transmission. Slightly raise transmission, watching to damaging electroconducting or the panel of a floor and remove a support from transmission.

The rubber support moistened with oil are subject to replacement. Thus it is necessary to define and eliminate the leak reason in order to avoid fast failure of a new support.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down.

Do not tighten fixture with final effort in 77 ÷ 98 Nanometers (nut) and 44 ÷ 55 Nanometers (bolts) until all weight of the power unit will not be transferred on support.
