Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline
Removal
The scheme of placement of components on a covering note an illustration will facilitate performance described below procedures. The air purifier on an illustration is removed.

Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
Remove an air purifier and disconnect hoses of giving and fuel return from a separator of fuel evaporations.
Empty cooling system.
Weaken collars and disconnect the top hose of a radiator and a heating hose from the inlet pipeline.
Weaken fastening nuts to an arm of a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve. Turn the driving lever, having completely opened a zaslonka, and take a cable tip from the holder. Take a cable aside, having cleaned it from working space.
Disconnect electroconducting from the carburetor.
Disconnect a hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from the inlet pipeline.
Give bolts of fastening of an arm of the coil of ignition to the inlet pipeline.
By means of a trumpet key disconnect tubes of valves of systems of a retsirkulyatsiya of the fulfilled gases (EGR) and VRT from the EGR valve.
On the models equipped with the conditioner of air, disconnect vacuum hoses of the electromagnetic valve of stabilization of turns of idling from a damper of a butterfly valve and the inlet pipeline.
Gradually, moving on a spiral from the ends of the inlet pipeline to its center, give fixing bolts and nuts.
Trying not to allow dirt hits in the engine, carefully remove the inlet pipeline. Will throw out old laying.

Installation
Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces and check their planeness. In case of need make a pipeline pro-point.
Without fail replace sealing laying.
In stages, moving on a spiral from the pipeline center outside, tighten fixture with demanded effort.
Restore all initial connections of electroconducting, vacuum, fuel and okhladitelny lines.
Fill cooling system.
Start the engine and check its losses of depression and leakage of fuel, oil and water.
