Service of cleaners of a windscreen

Removal and installation of brushes

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Lift the screen wiper lever in the fixed vertical situation, having taken away it from glass. Release a clip of a clamp and remove a brush from the lever. Installation is made upside-down. Track reliability of a zashchelkivaniye of a clamp.

Replacement of working elements of brushes

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove a brush from the lever.
    Grasp an elastic band of a working element since the basic end pull it, liberating from a clamp on a brush. Moving sideways, remove an element from a brush (see an accompanying illustration).
    Dress on a working element a steel sled and pass it through brush clips, having rested against a face clamp. Grease the end of an element and densely latch it in a face clamp of a brush. Establish a brush on the lever.

Removal and installation of levers of screen wipers

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove a protective cover from a fixing nut of the lever. Give a nut of fastening of the lever to an axis. Having carefully hooked, remove the lever from an axis (see an accompanying illustration).

Installation

Installation is made upside-down.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Transfer the driving motor to parking situation and level brushes, having arranged them in 20 ÷ 30 mm over a sealing tape of a windscreen. Strongly tighten a nut.

Removal and installation of the electromotor of a drive of screen wipers

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. Disunite the electric socket of the motor.
    Give fixing bolts (see an accompanying illustration) and partially take the motor from a partition.
    Disconnect draft from the lever of the motor and remove the last from the car.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Track reliability of fastening of draft on the motor lever. Strongly tighten all fixture. Check a condition of contacts and reliability of fastening of the electric socket.

Removal and installation of draft of a drive of screen wipers

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove levers of screen wipers. Give fixing screws and remove from the car the panel of a forward fairing. Give bolts of fastening of axes of levers of screen wipers. Disconnect draft from the electromotor. Take draft through an opening under the fairing panel.

Installation is made upside-down.
