Removal and installation of the lever of a screen wiper

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove from a back door a spare wheel. Remove a protective cover and give a nut of fastening of the lever on an axis.
    Having carefully hooked, remove the lever from an axis (see an accompanying illustration).

Installation

Installation is made upside-down.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Put on the lever an axis and level a brush, having arranged it in 55 ÷ 65 mm over a sealing tape of glass. The motor should be brought into parking situation previously. Strongly tighten a nut of fastening of the lever on an axis.

Removal and installation of the motor of a drive of a screen wiper

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. Remove the screen wiper lever. Remove the panel of internal furnish of a door of a back. Disunite the electric socket on the motor. Give fixing bolts (see an accompanying illustration) and remove the motor from the car.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Check quality of contacts of the electric socket and track reliability of its fastening. Strongly tighten bolts of fastening of the motor. Adjust the provision of a brush on glass.
