On Utilitya's (Van) models (Utility) and the Mini-truck (Cab Chassis) release fixing clamps and remove from the car a front grille.
Disconnect from the headlight block electroconducting.
Supporting a block headlight, give screws of fastening of a ring of her holder. Remove a ring of the holder and a block headlight from the car.

Installation is made upside-down.
Replacement of a lamp of a head block headlight of semi-tight type
|
|
Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
Disunite the electric socket of a head headlight.
Remove from a back part of a block headlight a rubber protective cover, press on the holder of a lamp and turn it counter-clockwise. Take a lamp from a block headlight (components of a block headlight are shown on an accompanying illustration).

Try not to touch a glass flask of a lamp with naked fingers. Fatty deposits reduce lamp service life. It is possible to remove casually left spots with application of methyl alcohol then the flask should be dried up, having wiped it a pure napkin or a piece of a cotton fabric. |
Establish in a cartridge a new lamp. Check correctness of its installation. Also check correctness of installation of the holder and a protective cover.

Adjustment
|

Make sure of correctness of pressure of a rating of tires and completeness of filling of a fuel tank. Park the unloaded car on an equal horizontal platform. On a driver's seat plant the assistant.
In the presence of the special adaptation for adjustment of the direction of beams of head headlights attentively study the enclosed instruction.
When using a control board the car should be parked in five meters from it (distance And on an illustration - see below) and perpendicular to the board plane.

Chalk carry out on a board the horizontal line of the marking passing through the axial plane of head headlights of the car and at height of their centers (see an accompanying illustration).

Screw against the stop the adjusting screws located above and on each side of block headlights (see an accompanying illustration), then release them, achieving the demanded direction of beams of headlights.

Adjust the direction of beams of head headlights according to requirements of traffic regulations accepted in the concrete region. Generally achieve such placement of spots of a passing beam when the line of a horizontal cut of a spot is on the horizontal line of a marking on a board, or slightly below it. The lifted part of a spot should appear on the vertical line of a marking, or is slightly more right than it.

Establish assembly of the combined lamp on the car.

Make sure of absence of corrosion of the boss and insert into it a new lamp.
Establish a cartridge with a lamp in a lens. Turn a cartridge clockwise for fixing it in a lens.
Establish on the assembly basis a finishing slip. Screw and reliably tighten the fixing screw.

On models with the round lamp for removal turn a plafond counter-clockwise.
