Diagnostics of malfunctions of the forward bridge

The noise published by forward wheels of the car take place

Noise of tires. Check, whether there correspond tires on a standard size nominal for this car.

Weakened disk fastening on a nave. Check a condition of a rim, a nave of a wheel, hairpins and nuts of fastening of a wheel. Tighten fixture, or replace defective components.

Wheel balancing is broken, or will bend a disk. With Otbalansiruyte a wheel, or replace a disk.

Bearings of a forward nave are faulty, or their adjustment is broken. Modify a pretightness of bearings, or replace them.

Bearings of assembly of a rotary fist are worn-out or damaged, or their adjustment is broken. Check, in case of need replace bearings.

The hinge of equal angular speeds (CV JOINT) of a power shaft of a forward wheel is worn-out or damaged. Check, in case of need replace a power shaft.

To Poddomkratta a car front also establish it on props. Check reliability of a tightening of fixing nuts and freedom of rotation of wheels, measure size of palpation of wheels. The noise published by the bearing of a forward nave are shown in the form of rumble at rotation separately one wheel. The noise published by the main transfer take place

Weakened fastening of the driveshaft or the kardanny hinge is worn-out. Tighten fixture or replace the hinge.

Level of greasing liquid fell. Whether check there are no traces of leakages of oil, at detection of those eliminate the reason. Add oil of a demanded grade.

The nut of a flange of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer weakened. Grease a nut with hermetic and tighten with demanded effort.

Components of the main transfer are worn-out or damaged. Execute major maintenance of the main transfer.

The shaft of a leading gear wheel rotates, and the forward wheel - is not present

Are not entered into gearing or naves with a disconnected drive are faulty. Check serviceability of functioning of naves with a disconnected drive, execute necessary repair, or make replacement.

The power shaft, or the CV JOINT is damaged. Check, replace shaft assembly.

Bolts of a koronchaty (conducted) gear wheel of the main transfer are cut off. Remove assembly of the main transfer and replace bolts.

Differential gear wheels are damaged. Execute major maintenance of the main transfer.

Remove power shafts and check their condition. If it is necessary, remove assembly of the main transfer and execute its major maintenance. Track care of removal from a case of the bridge of extraneous particles and metal sawdust.

There is a loss of greasing liquid

The epiploon of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer is faulty. Check (see an accompanying illustration). Replace an epiploon, check a condition of a contact surface of a flange.

The epiploon of a power shaft is faulty. Remove a power shaft and replace an epiploon.

Leak through laying of a case of the main transfer takes place. Remove assembly of the main transfer and replace laying.

Leak occurs through a time or cracks in a case of the main transfer. Execute necessary repair, or replace a case.

Before clearing assembly of the forward bridge for check it on existence of traces of leakages of oil, check passableness of a ventilating hose of a case (see an accompanying illustration). if leaks are not shown at the cold bridge, make on the car a trip, having warmed up the bridge to normal working temperature then attentively examine a case on existence of traces of leaks through the minute pores and cracks.
