In case of need поддомкратьте a car back also establish it on the props got under a frame of the chassis.
Give nuts and a bolt of fastening of a cross-section jet bar to the back bridge and the chassis. Remove a bar from the car. Details of fastening of a cross-section jet bar are shown on an accompanying illustration.
Check plugs of a cross-section jet bar on existence of signs of wear and damages. Defective plugs replace:
Prop up a bar under the plug subject to replacement with a piece of a pipe of suitable diameter (the plug should pass freely through a pipe).
By means of the tool which opravka will rest against an external steel tube of the plug, squeeze out the plug of a bar.
Moisten an external surface of the new plug with soap water and start to push gradually the plug on the seat by means of a piece of a pipe which will rest against an external steel tube of the plug.
Make sure of perpendicularity of landing of the plug and centrality of its arrangement.

Installation Installation is made upside-down.
|

Attentively check a condition of axial hairpins and bar bolts. Worn-out components replace.
Establish a cross-section jet bar on the car, establish all fixture (nuts, bolts, washers).
Lower the car on the earth, several times rock it, then tighten a chassis nut with effort of 78 ÷ 107 Nanometers. A nut of the bridge tighten with effort of 117 ÷ 158 Nanometers.
In case of need strongly tighten a nut of fastening of a damper of a steering drive.
