Check of a condition of internal components

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Wash out all components solvent and dry the compressed air. Track, that from interfaced surfaces of cases of a box all traces of old hermetic were completely removed. Check a condition of all shaft and gear wheels. Replace the worn-out or damaged components. Check a driving chain on existence of cracks, signs of wear and damages. Examine bearings on existence of signs of wear and damages. Check freedom of their rotation. Check a condition of sliding keys of the synchronizer and their spring. Check blocking ring of the synchronizer on existence of cracks, deformation and damages. Completely plant a ring on a gear wheel of coupling of a conducted shaft. Measure a gap between a gear wheel and a blocking ring (see an accompanying illustration). Compare result of measurement to standard requirements (see size tables and adjustments at the end of the Management), in case of need replace a ring and/or a gear wheel. Check the lever, rods and switching forks on existence of signs of wear, damages and deformations. Make sure of smoothness of sliding surfaces. Check effort of a tension of springs of clamps. Check cases on existence of cracks and other damages. Replace defective components.

If the control lever, or his fixing finger demand replacement, it is necessary to change them in a set.
