Service of the sensor switch of permission of start Check of serviceability of functioning

Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
Disunite the electric socket of the sensor switch of permission of start.
|
|
Check conductivity existence between socket plugs at various positions of the lever of the selector (see an accompanying illustration).
|
If conductivity is absent in all checks, disconnect draft of the selector from the lever and поврите procedure.
If check yields positive result, adjust draft of the selector.
At negative results of check remove the sensor switch of permission of start from transmission and repeat check once again.
If this time all appears as it should be, establish the sensor switch on a place and adjust it as it is described below in this Section.
If conductivity on the former is absent in all cases replace the sensor switch of permission of start.

Removal and installation
Removal
|
|
Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
|
|
Disunite the electric socket of the sensor switch of permission of start (appearance of the sensor switch is shown on an accompanying illustration).
|
Transfer transmission to situation I, give fixing bolts and remove the sensor switch of permission of start from transmission.
|
|
Installation
Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Track quality of electric contact of plugs of the socket and reliability of fastening of the last.
Execute sensor switch adjustment.
|
|
Adjustment
|
|
Give a lock-nut of draft of the selector and disconnect draft from a selector rod.
Transfer a selector rod to the situation "N".
Weaken bolts of fastening of the sensor switch of permission of start.
Enter a core of ø 4 mm into an opening in a selector rod.
Modify position of the sensor switch so that the core got to an opening in it. Hold a core whenever possible perpendicular to the sensor switch.
Tighten bolts of fastening of the sensor switch.
Connect draft of the selector for a rod, screw a lock-nut and make draft adjustment as it is described below.
