Replacement of transmission liquid

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Warm up transmission to normal working temperature, поддомкратьте the car and establish it on props so that the pallet of a case of transmission occupied horizontal situation.
  2. Establish under the pallet of a case of transmission drain capacity and give back bolts of fastening of the pallet to a case.
  3. Give lateral bolts of fastening of the pallet, having left screwed only forward.
  4. Weaken the remained bolts, incline the pallet and merge transmission liquid in the prepared capacity.

Try not to burn - liquid will hot!

  1. Turn out forward fixing bolts and remove the pallet from a case. Will throw out laying.
  2. Wash out the pallet solvent and check it on existence of deposits of a material of frictional overlays of disks of the converter or brake tapes.

In case of identification of this sort of traces of deposits address for consultation to specialists of dealer office of the manufacturing company.

  1. Smooth out interfaced surfaces of the pallet and a transmission case. Check magnet existence in the central part of the pallet.
  2. Establish the pallet with new laying and in a diagonal order tighten fixing bolts with effort of 5 ÷ 8 Nanometers.
  3. Fill in in transmission necessary amount of oil of a demanded grade (approximately as much, how many it was merged).
  4. Start the engine and let's to it work within about three minutes on single turns.
  5. Slowly carry out the selector lever through all provisions, having in summary returned it in initial ("R").
  6. At the engine working at single turns check level of transmission liquid.
  7. Examine transmission on existence of signs of leaks and make trial runs of the car for a guarantee of high-quality warming up of transmission and the engine.
  8. At the engine working at single turns (transmission in the situation "R") repeat check of level of transmission liquid, in case of need make addition.
