Give the screw of fastening of facing of the handle of a remote drive of the lock to the door panel. Remove facing.
On models with a manual drive of lowering-podnimaniya of door glasses remove the window regulator handle by means of the tool for removal of clamps. In the absence of available this tool hook a facing overlay of the handle the thin strong wire bent on the end in the form of a hook. Lower a hook in a clamp under the driving handle and, having pulled for a wire, take a clamp from a handle end face then remove the handle from a door. Alternatively the handle can be removed by means of the strong matter got under it. For extraction of a clamp it is necessary to pull strongly for fabric corners.
On models with a separate armrest give fixing screws and remove an armrest from a door.
On models with electric window regulators with individual switches remove the switch from the panel of furnish of a door and disunite its electric socket. Try not to damage the switch panel.
On models with built in an armrest the switch of a window regulator operate as follows:
Remove a finishing slip from the lower part of the zakhvatny handle of a door and give the screws located under it. A screw-driver with a flat sting carefully hook the zakhvatny handle and remove it from armrest assembly.
Screw-driver with a flat sting carefully hook the panel of the switch of a window regulator and take the last from armrest assembly. Disunite the electric socket and take the switch panel aside from a working zone.
Give screws of fastening of an armrest to the internal panel of a door. Leave an armrest connected to the panel of furnish of a door.

Insert a screw-driver with a thin wide flat sting between the panel of furnish and a door frame as it is possible closer to one of clamps. Hooking, serially take clamps of fastening of the panel of furnish. Give the bottom bolt of fastening of a directing trench of a window leaf.
In a forward part of a frame of a door, near a window leaf delay up a site of a rubber sealant of a door, sufficient for ensuring access to screws of fastening of a window leaf. Turn out screws.
Incline window leaf assembly back and, lifting up, take from a window aperture. Thus for extraction from an aperture of the bottom arm of a directing trench the window leaf should be turned on 90 °.
Carefully remove a windowpane, trying not to damage thus a paint and varnish covering of a door.

Having freely fixed screws bottom edge of a windowpane on ползуне a window regulator, lift glass, having densely pressed it to the top back corner of an aperture and to a back directing trench. Having fixed glass in this situation, finally tighten screws.
Before establishing into place a polymeric sealing film and the panel of furnish of a door, check serviceability of functioning of mechanisms of the lock and a window regulator.

Disconnect a rod of a remote drive from the lock. Remove a rod with the handle from a door.
Disconnect from the lock a rod of the button of switching off.
Disconnect from the lock mechanism an executive rod of the cylinder.
On models with the central lock disconnect from a latch an executive rod of the driving motor.
Give screws of fastening of the mechanism of the lock to a door - in case of need use a shock screw-driver. Take the lock mechanism from a door through an access opening.

Rotating a nut on an executive rod of the external handle of a door, adjust a gap between a nut and the lock lever - at the released handle the gap should make 0.5 ÷ 1.5 mm.

Give nuts of fastening of the handle to the external panel of a door. Remove the handle, at the same time removing an adjusting nut from the lock mechanism.

Check all components on existence of cracks and other damages. Replace defective details.

Mark with a marker the provision of a plate of the drummer on a door pillar (location of a plate is shown on an accompanying illustration).
Turn out adjusting screws and remove a drummer plate. Check a condition of details, defective replace.

Installation is made upside-down.
Place a drummer plate on a rack according to the landing labels put in the course of dismantle. Screw adjusting screws and tighten so that the plate stayed put.
Cover a door, then densely realize it.
Lift the external handle and carefully open a door, trying not to displace a drummer plate.
Tighten screws and again close a door, checking serviceability of functioning of the lock and a drummer plate. If there is a need for further adjustment, weaken adjusting screws and displace a drummer plate in the demanded direction, achieving trouble-free operation of the lock when opening and closing door.
On termination of adjustment strongly tighten adjusting screws of a plate.
