Give the screw of fastening of facing of the internal handle of a remote drive of the lock to a door. Remove facing.
Having carefully hooked a small screw-driver with a flat sting, remove from the internal handle finishing slips. Give fixing screws and remove the handle from a door.
Pass a flat wide sting of a thin screw-driver between the panel internal furnish and a door frame as it is possible closer to one of clamps. Serially liberating clamps, remove the furnish panel.

At removal of the panel of furnish of a door it is necessary to leave plastic clamps fixed from the back party of the panel. If clamps to leave in the internal panel of a door, they can appear are damaged. In case of problems use the suitable cutting torch which edge for cutting of a clamp should be got between the panel of furnish and a door frame. Try not to damage furnish and a paint and varnish covering of a door. |
Give screws of fastening of a loudspeaker, disconnect electroconducting and remove a loudspeaker from the door panel.

Carefully separate from the internal panel of a door a polymeric sealing film, put it aside. The left shutter of a door of a back with removed by the panel of furnish and a sealing film is shown on an accompanying illustration.

Disconnect from the lock an executive rod of the button of switching off, having liberated it from a plastic clamp. Remove a rod from a door. Components of a drive of the lock of a door of a back are shown on an accompanying illustration.
Give fastening nuts to the internal panel of a door of a heel of the lock.
On models with the central lock disconnect an executive rod of the driving motor from the lock mechanism.
Disconnect an executive rod from the lever of the cylinder of the lock.
Grasp flat-nose pliers the edge of a clamp of the cylinder of the lock turned on up and take a clamp from a flute in a lock body.
Remove from a door the lock cylinder together with a sealant.
Give fixing nuts and remove the external handle from a door.
Give fixing screws and remove from a door the lock mechanism with a heel.

Installation
Installation is made upside-down.

In case of need before installation grease with universal greasing the lock mechanism.
Track correctness of placement on a door of a sealing film. Torn or otherwise damaged film it is better to replace.
Check a condition of clamps of the panel of furnish. Replace the defective.
Establish the furnish panel on a door, having densely latched its clamps.

Give a nut and a bolt of the top lock and remove lock assembly with an executive rod from a door.
Give fixing nuts and remove about the bottom lock from bottom edge of a door.

Installation

Removal and installation of shutters of a door of a back

Marker lead round loops of doors.

If removal of the right shutter of a door is made, it is necessary to remove previously assembly of a spare wheel for simplification of weight of a door. |
Give screws of fastening of the back combined lamp, partially take the lamp block from a lateral part of the panel of a shutter of a door subject to removal.
Disunite electric sockets and take electroconducting through the opening equipped with rubber facing in a door pillar.
At removal of the right shutter it is necessary to disconnect also a hose of supply of liquid of washing of a windscreen.
Remove a pin of the limiter of opening of a door, having beaten out it from an arm up by means of a drift and a hammer.
Ask the assistant to hold a door and give bolts of fastening of a loop to a body.

Before installation grease door loops with hermetic.
Before closing a door for check of correctness of its arrangement make sure that loops are established according to the landing labels put in the course of dismantle.
By means of a drift and a hammer establish a pin of the limiter of opening of a door.
Connect electroconducting and check serviceability of functioning of all components of a door before establishing the back combined lamp.
Carefully close a door and check correctness of its arrangement concerning panels of a body of the car. In case of need make adjustment for what weaken bolts of loops and as appropriate correct the provision of a door.
