Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
Remove a steering wheel.

Do not knock on an end face of a steering shaft a hammer in order to avoid damage of a steering column. |
Give fastening screws to each other two half of a casing of a steering column. Remove casings from a column.

Give fixing screws and slightly delay back facing of a combination of devices (screws are shown by shooters on an accompanying illustration). Liberate electric sockets of switches and potentiometers and completely remove facing.

Give fixing screws, partially take a combination from the dashboard and disconnect from its back part electroconducting. Remove a combination, watching to damaging protective glass.
Give fastening screws to a basic arm of driving cables of opening of a cover of the hatch of a mouth of the gulf of fuel, a cowl and (if it is provided) shutdowns of the stabilizer of cross-section stability.

Give screws of fastening of a basic arm of driving cables (see an accompanying illustration), shift an arm back and remove it from the car.

Disconnect a cable of a manual drive of a butterfly valve from a gas and arm pedal.
Open a cover of a ware box and give screws of fastening of the last. Remove a ware box from the car.
Take an ashtray and give the screws located under it.
Give screws of fastening of the central part of the dashboard.
Transfer a control lever a transfer case to the provision of lowering transfer and partially take the central part of the dashboard. Disconnect electroconducting from hours, the lighter, illuminations of an ashtray, the switch of the alarm system, and also the other additional equipment.
Remove the central part of the dashboard.
Give fixing screws, partially take a radio tape recorder and disconnect from it electroconducting and an antenna cable. Remove a radio tape recorder.
Remove handles from control levers a heater. By means of a screw-driver release fixing uvulas of the control panel a heater. Remove the panel.
By means of a screw-driver with a flat sting remove finishing slips by the top part of the dashboard (see an accompanying illustration - are shown by shooters).

Give the bolts located along the upper edge of the dashboard, on each side and on bottom edge of an opening under radio tape recorder installation (are shown by shooters on an accompanying illustration).

Liberate a drive cable рециркуляции / supply of fresh air from a basic lath of a loop of a ware box.
Carefully remove dashboard assembly from the car.

At dashboard removal by strengths of one person also removal of the combined switch probably is required. For this purpose it is necessary to give the fixing screw and to disunite electric sockets then it is necessary to push the switch down and to turn it on a turn quarter. |
Installation
Installation is made upside-down.

Track correctness of laying of electroconducting.
Check serviceability of functioning of a drive of management of a heater, in case of need execute adjustment.
Strongly tighten all fixture.
Check serviceability of functioning of all of components acting in film or disconnected in the course of dismantle.
