Weaken nuts of fastening of back wheels.
To Poddomkratta a car back also establish it on the props got under elements of a frame. Remove back wheels.
Turn out a drain stopper and lower oil from a case of the back bridge.
Mark position of the back driveshaft concerning a flange of a leading gear wheel and a drum of the parking brake. Disconnect the driveshaft and take it from under the car.
Release a collar and disconnect from a case of the back bridge a ventilating hose.
Disconnect a brake tube from a flexible brake hose, release a fixing clip and liberate a hose from a basic arm. To Zakuporta the open ends of a tube and a hose in order to avoid hit in hydraulic brake system of dirt.
Disconnect a valve spring - a pressure regulator from an arm on a case of the back bridge.
By means of two supports or jacks prop up the bridge in horizontal situation.
Give fixing nuts, remove washers and disconnect the bottom support of shock-absorbers from a case of the back bridge.
Give a nut, remove a washer, then, having hooked the lever, separate a cross-section jet bar from a bridge case.
Give nuts and disconnect racks of the stabilizer of cross-section stability from its bar.
Give nuts and bolts of fastening of the top and bottom longitudinal jet bars of a suspension bracket to a bridge case.
Omit assembly of the bridge and remove screw springs and their rubber saddles. Remember adjusting provisions of springs.
By means of the assistant take the bridge from under the car.

Installation Installation is made upside-down.

Get assembly of the back bridge in adjusting situation, then insert bolts of fastening of the bottom jet bars of a suspension bracket, however do not tighten a nut at this stage.
Establish on the places screw springs with saddles. Track correctness of placement of components. Prop up the bridge a jack.
Establish the top longitudinal jet bars, a cross-section jet bar and shock-absorbers, however do not tighten at this stage fixing nuts.
Connect a bar of the stabilizer of cross-section stability to racks, tighten fixing nuts with effort of 32 ÷ 38 Nanometers.
Establish the driveshaft (a sliding joint forward). Track correctness of combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle. Tighten fixing nuts and bolts with effort of 93 ÷ 108 Nanometers.
Connect a ventilating hose and a brake tube, pump over hydraulic system.
Fill in in a bridge case necessary amount of oil of a demanded grade.
Lower the car on the earth and tighten with demanded (see size tables and adjustments at the end of the Management) effort of a nut of fastening of longitudinal jet bars, shock-absorbers and a cross-section jet bar.

By means of the assistant take bridge assembly from under the car.

Establish fingers, plugs and plates of earrings of springs, however do not tighten at this stage fixing nuts.
Establish U-shaped bolts and basic plates of step-ladders of springs, tighten fixing nuts with effort of 108 ÷ 147 Nanometers.
Establish the driveshaft (a sliding joint forward). Track correctness of combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle. Tighten fixing nuts and bolts with effort of 93 ÷ 108 Nanometers.
Connect a ventilating hose and a brake tube, pump over hydraulic system.
Fill in in a bridge case necessary amount of oil of a demanded grade.
Lower the car on the earth and tighten with demanded (see size tables and adjustments at the end of the Management) effort of a nut of fastening of fingers of earrings of springs and shock-absorbers.
