Weaken nuts of fastening of forward wheels.
To Poddomkratta a car front also establish it on the props got under elements of a frame. Remove forward wheels.
Turn out a drain stopper and lower oil from a case of the forward bridge.
Mark position of the forward driveshaft concerning a flange of a leading gear wheel and a forward driving flange of a transfer case. Disconnect the driveshaft and take it from under the car.
Release a collar and disconnect from a case of the forward bridge a ventilating hose.
Disconnect a brake tube from a flexible brake hose, release a fixing clip and liberate a hose from a basic arm. To Zakuporta the open ends of a tube and a hose in order to avoid hit in hydraulic brake system of dirt.
Take шплинт and unscrew a koronchaty nut of fastening of the spherical hinge of the pendular lever of cross-section steering bent for to the rotary lever of a fist. Liberate a finger of the spherical hinge from the rotary lever, having pressed hammer baizes to a reverse side of an ear of fastening of connecting draft, and with the second hammer striking blows from its opposite side. By means of a piece of a wire tie up the pendular lever of cross-section steering bent for to the left longeron of the chassis.
Give fixing nuts, remove washers and disconnect the bottom support of shock-absorbers from a case of the forward bridge.
Give a nut, remove a washer, then, having hooked the lever, separate a cross-section jet bar from a bridge case. Tie up a bar to an element of a forward suspension bracket by means of a wire piece.
Remove forward screw springs.
By means of two supports or jacks prop up the bridge in horizontal situation.
Give nuts and take bolts of fastening of a case of the bridge to longitudinal levers, then by means of the assistant take out the bridge from under the car.

Installation
Installation is made upside-down.

Get assembly of the forward bridge in adjusting situation, then insert bolts of fastening of longitudinal levers of a suspension bracket, however do not tighten a nut at this stage.
Establish on the places screw springs, a cross-section jet bar and shock-absorbers, however do not tighten at this stage fixing nuts.
Connect the pendular lever of cross-section steering draft and tighten a koronchaty nut with effort of 46 ÷ 54 Nanometers. Insert new шплинт.
Establish the driveshaft (a sliding joint to the forward bridge). Track correctness of combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle. Tighten fixing nuts and bolts with effort of 78 ÷ 88 Nanometers.
Connect a ventilating hose and a brake tube, pump over hydraulic system.
Fill in in a bridge case necessary amount of oil of a demanded grade.
Lower the car on the earth and tighten with demanded (see size tables and adjustments at the end of the Management) effort of a nut of fastening of longitudinal levers, shock-absorbers and a cross-section jet bar.

Horizontally prop up the forward bridge by means of two supports or jacks.
Give fixing nuts and, supporting springs, remove from their forward ends of a plate and fingers of earrings.
By means of the assistant take bridge assembly from under the car.

Establish fingers, plugs and plates of earrings of springs, however do not tighten at this stage fixing nuts.
Establish U-shaped bolts and basic plates of step-ladders of springs, tighten fixing nuts with effort of 108 ÷ 147 Nanometers.
Establish racks of the stabilizer of cross-section stability and tighten fixing nuts with effort of 20 ÷ 23 Nanometers.
Connect longitudinal steering bent for to connecting draft, tighten a nut with effort of 88 ÷ 113 Nanometers and establish new шплинт.
Connect shock-absorbers, but do not tighten a nut at this stage.
