 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Weaken nuts of a forward wheel.
  2. To Poddomkratta a car front also establish it on the props got under longerons of a frame. Remove a forward wheel.
  3. Remove a nave of a wheel and a power shaft.
  4. Remove шплинт and give a koronchaty nut of fastening of the spherical hinge (ов) a tip of steering draft (drafts) for the rotary lever of a fist. Put to an ear of the rotary lever a podboyka or baizes of a hammer and, tapping on an ear from the opposite side, beat out from the lever a hairpin (and) the spherical hinge (ов).
  5. Give bolts of covers of the top and bottom bearings and remove assemblies of covers with adjusting laying from a rotary fist. Mark covers and laying - at assembly they should be established in former provisions.
  6. Give bolts of fastening of a guard of an epiploon. try to remember the adjusting provision of a lock bolt of turn and the quantity of turns demanded for its reversing. Remove guards.
  7. Remove a rotary fist from a pin of a case of the bridge, then remove a basic ring, an epiploon and a gryazesjemnik.
  8. By means of a drift take from a pin of the bridge of a cup of the top and bottom bearings and a stopper.

Cleaning and check of a condition of components

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Wash out all components, except for epiploons, in cleaning solvent and dry them the compressed air.

In order to avoid receiving a trauma or damage of bearings do not rotate them, blowing in the compressed air.

  1. Check bearings and their cups on existence of cavities, signs of wear and damages. In case of need make replacement.
  2. Examine a rotary fist and a pin of a case of the bridge on existence of signs of wear, cracks and other damages. Small agnails remove by means of a grinding stone.
  3. Check an epiploon, a sealant and a gryazesjemnik on existence of cracks and other damages.

Originators of this Management recommend to make replacement of an epiploon and a gryazesjemnik of a rotary fist regardless of their condition. If the sealant of a cover of the bearing needs replacement, it is necessary to remove a bearing cone from a cover.

  1. Replace all defective components.

Assembly and installation

If in the procedure description especially not a slander the greasing type, is meant use of universal greasing on a lithium basis.

Assembly is made as it should be, the return to a dismantle order.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Establish new jams and cups of the top and bottom bearings in a bridge pin, having used for this purpose a tubular drift (see an accompanying illustration).
  1. Grease sponges and an external wall of an epiploon of a rotary fist and put on a gryazesjemnik, an epiploon and a basic ring a bridge pin.
  2. Grease a pin of the bridge and establish on it a rotary fist. Do not establish in a fist an epiploon at this stage of assembly.
  3. Fill cones of the top and bottom bearings greasing, establish assemblies of bearings and adjusting laying on a rotary fist (in former provisions) and strongly tighten fixing bolts.
  4. Having established a rotary fist in rectilinear situation, hook on a steelyard for an ear of the rotary lever, having disposed it at an angle 90 ° to the lever approximately in 170 mm from the axial line of the bridge (see an accompanying illustration).

  1. Measure the effort which is required for turn of a fist on a pin of the bridge. If the result of measurement falls outside the limits an interval of 0.6 ÷ 1.75 kgfs, execute adjustment, having picked up adjusting laying of cups of the top and bottom bearings of new thickness.

Track, that total thickness of adjusting laying of the top and bottom covers were identical in order to avoid violation of centering of position of a rotary fist.

  1. Tighten bolts of fastening of covers of bearings with effort of 30 ÷ 40 Nanometers. Impose about 50 g of greasing on an external surface of an epiploon and a gryazesjemnik, and also reciprocal surfaces of a rotary fist.
  2. Establish in a rotary fist a basic ring, an epiploon and a gryazesjemnik assembled track, that cuts of locks of a basic ring and a gryazesjemnik appeared in the lower part of assembly of a fist. Establish guards and a lock bolt of turn in former provisions.
  3. Connect the sharovy hinge (ы) steering draft (drafts) for the rotary lever and tighten a koronchaty nut (and) with effort of 46 ÷ 54 Nanometers. Establish new шплинт (ы).
  4. Establish into place a nave of a wheel and a power shaft.
