Removal and installation

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a fixing clip, compress plastic lock uvulas, take a finger and disconnect a pusher from a brake pedal.
  2. Try to remember the adjusting provision of a returnable spring of a pedal, give a nut of an axial bolt, take a bolt from a basic arm and remove a pedal from the car (components of a pedal are shown on an accompanying illustration). Check a pedal on existence of cracks and deformation signs. Execute necessary repair or rumple a pedal.

  1. Check axial plugs of a pedal on existence of signs of wear and damages. Check effort developed by a returnable spring. Defective components replace.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Track, that the pedal at an otpuskaniye came back to the same situation, as before removal.
  2. Tighten a nut of an axial bolt with demanded effort.
  3. Check installation of height of situation and size of a free wheeling of a pedal, in case of need execute adjustment.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  2. Disconnect electroconducting from the sensor switch of stoplights.
  3. Weaken a lock-nut on two stoplights and turn the sensor switch counter-clockwise, having taken away it from a pedal.
  4. Weaken a lock-nut of a tip of a pusher and adjust length of the last, achieving the demanded height of provision of a pedal (see size tables and adjustments at the end of the Management). Measurement is made from the floor panel to a surface of an overlay of a pedal (And) on an accompanying illustration.

Measurement is made at the removed rug! Tighten a lock-nut of a tip of a pusher.

Track, that on termination of adjustment the tip did not descend from a pusher rod.

  1. Adjust position of the sensor switch of stoplights so that the gap between edge of a carving part of the sensor switch and a pedal (In - see an accompanying illustration) made 0.3 ÷ 1.0 mm. Tighten a lock-nut of the sensor switch and check size of a free wheeling of a pedal (see size tables and adjustments at the end of the Management).
  2. In case of need correct position of the sensor switch, achieving the demanded size of a free wheeling. Make sure that stoplights do not burn at the released pedal of a brake.
