Pumping of hydraulic system

Need for pumping of a hydraulic path arises only in a case when the rassoyedineniye of hydraulic lines was made or when draining brake liquid air got to system.

Change of hydraulic liquid of brake system should be made on a regular basis according to the schedule of routine maintenance of the car. Procedures of change of brake liquid and pumping of hydraulic system are very close in the order of performance taking into account the moments noted in the text.

The hydraulic path of brake system is equipped with several gates of pumping. So, gates are available on brake supports and wheel cylinders. Besides, some models are equipped with the additional gate of pumping established on the valve - a pressure regulator.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Fill in the tank on GTTs with pure brake liquid and support it at least half filled during all procedure of pumping.

If it is required to make change of brake liquid, merge it from the tank, wipe internal walls of the last pure неворсящейся rags and fill in with fresh liquid.

  1. Connect a piece of a transparent hose to the left back gate of pumping (on the wheel cylinder) or to the valve gate - a pressure regulator (if that is equipped). The opposite end of a hose lower in transparent capacity partially filled with pure brake liquid.
  2. Several times squeeze out a brake pedal, fix it in the bottom situation and unscrew the gate. Tighten the gate and slowly release a pedal. Repeat procedure until the hose will not start to leave free liquid from air bubbles.

If liquid change was made, continue pumping until pure fresh liquid will not start to follow from a hose.

In order to avoid repeated hit in system of air do not allow in the course of pumping of lowering of brake liquid in the GTTs tank below polovinny level, periodically make having added. The liquid merged from system is not subject to repeated application, - use for долива only I skin.

  1. Repeat procedures for the remained gates of pumping.
  2. After completion of pumping the pedal of a brake should be squeezed out with firm resistance without any signs of softness of a course. Check reliability of a tightening of all gates of pumping.
  3. Add in the GTTs tank demanded amount of more freshly brake liquid, having brought its level into norm.
