Functioning check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a hose from a tube of return of fuel and lower its end in the prepared capacity. To Zakuporta the open end of a tube in order to avoid hit in dirt system.
  2. Connect a tachometer and ask the assistant to start the engine.
  3. At turns of the engine over 1 400 in a minute fuel should follow from a hose weak pushes.
  4. At turns below 1 250 in a minute should take place a weak continuous effluence of fuel in capacity.

Condition check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disunite the electric socket of the electromagnetic valve of return of fuel and submit on valve plugs tension of the battery. Blow in the end of a hose of return of fuel. Free passableness should take place.
  2. Disconnect from the valve tension of the battery and again blow in a returnable hose. This time passableness should be absent.
  3. If any of the above described conditions is not carried out, replace the valve.

Check of a condition of a contour

All checks are made on the block of turns of the engine, located over the assembly block of safety locks. Sounding of contacts should be made from a reverse side of the electric socket. As weight body metal acts. The arrangement of plugs is shown on an accompanying illustration.


 

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. By means of an ohmmeter check conductivity existence between the plug C and weight. Conductivity should take place.
  2. By means of the voltmeter check presence of tension of the battery on the plug D.
  3. At the included ignition make sure of presence of tension of the battery on the plug B.
  4. Start the engine and gradually lift its turns. Tension on the plug B should fall slightly.
  5. At turns of the engine is lower 1 250 in a minute check presence of tension of the battery on the plug A.
  6. At turns over 1 400 a minute of tension on the plug A should not be.
  7. If the above described checks yield positive result, most likely it is necessary to replace the block of turns of the engine.

Removal and installation

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  2. Disunite the electric socket of the electromagnetic valve of return of fuel.
  3. Establish under the valve drain capacity and disconnect fuel hoses.
  4. Give fixing bolts and remove the electromagnetic valve of return of fuel from the car.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Before connection check a condition of fuel hoses.
  2. Start the engine and check it on leakages of fuel.
