Management of a heater is made by four adjustments, allowing to achieve comfortable air temperature in car salon.
The control lever supply of fresh air allows to establish one of two operating modes of a heater - a mode of a zasasyvaniye of external air and a mode of a retsirkulyatsiya of air. The mode of a retsirkulyatsiya assumes use of the fan of a heater and joins usually in the conditions of strongly dusty district or for the purpose of fast warming up of salon of the car. Inclusion of a mode of supply of fresh air allows to air quickly salon, or to remove condensate from windows.
The lever of switching of the direction of a stream allows to direct heated-up air on a salon floor, to a windscreen or dashboard nozzles. The lever has two stationary situation which choice can be operated the air temperature, leaving from located on a floor snuffled in relation to temperature of the stream submitted through nozzles of the dashboard.
The control lever in temperature allows to change situation a zaslonok, directing air or through the heater heat exchanger (in NOTES mode (Hot)), or about its round (in the COLD mode (Cold)). The maximum intensity of work of a heater is reached only at the heated-up engine to normal working temperature.
The control lever the fan allows to make inclusion/switching off of the last and to choose desirable speed of its rotation.
On the models equipped with the conditioner of air the similar control panel with the additional button of turning on/switching off of the conditioner is used. The button is equipped with a control lamp which joins at the same time with turning on of the conditioner.
Use of the conditioner possibly only at the working engine as the compressor is put in action from the engine by means of a belt drive.
Turning on of the conditioner at the control lever established in situation NOTES provides with a heater giving in salon of the dehydrated air which in particular allows to remove quickly condensate from car windows.
The maximum intensity of cooling of air submitted to salon is reached at control lever transfer in temperature to the minimum situation (COLD). In order to avoid an evaporator obmerzaniye in this mode it is necessary to turn on surely the heater fan on the maximum turns.
In a cold season the conditioner of air should be started for short time (about ten minutes) not more rare than once a month. Such regular inclusions will allow to avoid drying of sealing laying and, as a result, central air failure.
Removal and installation of the block of a heater

Remove the dashboard. The arrangement of components of systems of heating and air conditioning in car salon at the removed dashboard is shown on an accompanying illustration.
Empty system of cooling, plums from it cooling liquid in pure container.
Working in an impellent compartment, disconnect hoses from heater tubes.
Give bolts of fastening of assembly of the control panel a heater. Disconnect a panel arm, then remove the control panel from the heater block
Disconnect cables of a drive of management from the heater block. Try to remember their adjusting situation
Give fixing bolts and remove a ventilating air line from the passenger party of the car.
Give fixing bolts and remove and remove the central ventilating air line.
After an otdavaniye of bolts partially take from the heater block the ventilating air line passing from the driver's party of the car.
Liberate a plait of wires from clamps in a forward part of the block of a heater.
Give bolts of fastening of a heater.
Deduce a heater from under a partition of an impellent compartment. Try not to damage tubes of a heater and a water tap.
For removal of assembly of the heat exchanger with a tap give screws of an assembly collar and release clamps of fastening of tubes to the heater block. Disconnect draft of a tap of water, having remembered its situation. Shift the heat exchanger aside, having separated it from the heater block.

Installation
Installation is made upside-down.

Before installation of the block of a heater on the car make adjustment of driving draft of a tap of water (on an accompanying illustration it is shown a heater behind. Data on adjustment of a tap are given on an insert):
Disconnect a management rod from the air lever;
Delay a management rod so that the gap between a control lever and the lever of a drive appeared equal 2 mm;
Turn a control lever air against the stop clockwise and connect a management rod to the lever;
Make sure of serviceability of functioning of a tap of a heater, having blown in heater tubes.

Access to a tap is impossible without preliminary removal of a heater from the car. |
Try not to damage heater tubes at a block institution on the seat.
Check correctness of installation in a partition of an impellent compartment of the plug of tubes of a heater through passage.
Before establishing into place the dashboard check serviceability of functioning of management of a heater. In case of need make drive adjustment.
At the started engine include a heater, make sure of serviceability of its functioning and check it on existence of leaks.

Removal and control panel installation by a heater

Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
Remove the central part of the dashboard. The view of the control panel at the removed central part of the dashboard is presented by a heater on an accompanying illustration.
Remove handles from control levers, having pulled them from stalks. Remove control panel facing by a heater.
Give fixing screws and take control panel assembly by a heater so that there was a possibility of a rassoyedineniye of electric sockets in its back part.
Give fixing screws and remove from the car a ware box.
Release a clip of fastening of a cable of management in temperature on the block of a heater and disconnect a cable from the executive lever.

If management of a heater before removal worked regularly, mark the provision of a cover of each of cables in relation to the heater block with quick-drying paint or other suitable way. At assembly cables should be connected in former provisions. |
Release clamps of a cable of management of supply of air in the lower part of the dashboard and on the inlet air block. Disconnect a cable from the executive lever.
Working on the right under the dashboard, release a clamp of a cable of management of a stream of air and disconnect a cable from the executive lever.
Give fixing screws and remove assembly of management by a heater from the heater block.

Installation
Installation is made upside-down.
If in the course of dismantle marking was not made, execute adjustment of driving cables of management by a heater.

Disconnect a cable of management of an air stream from the executive lever.
Liberate from fixing clips levers top and bottom a zaslonok and the zaslonka lever обдува flew down. Components of a drive are shown on an accompanying illustration where the view of the heater block on the right is given.
Push lateral draft against the stop counter-clockwise.
Turn levers top and bottom a zaslonok against the stop clockwise and establish at first bottom, and then top rods.
Push lateral draft against the stop clockwise. Turn the zaslonka lever обдува glasses against the stop counter-clockwise and establish a zaslonka rod обдува.
Having pushed lateral draft against the stop clockwise, establish a control lever an air stream in the provision of obverse ventilation, then connect to lateral draft a cable of management of an air stream.
At the fan of a heater working at the maximum turns carry out a control lever an air stream through all provisions, having made sure of serviceability of its functioning.

If the rod of management needs adjustment, it is necessary to remove a heater from the car. |

Give fixing screws and remove from the car a ware box.
Establish a control lever in temperature in the provision of the maximum heating.
Push a control lever in temperature against the stop clockwise, at the same time slightly delaying a cover of a cable of management for a choice of its weak point and fix a cable in a clamp clip.
Warm up the engine to normal working temperature and check serviceability of functioning of a control lever in temperature.
Establish to the place of a ware box.

Give fixing screws and remove from the car a ware box.
Working in a foot well from the passenger party of the car, liberate a cable of management of supply of air from a clamp on the inlet air block.
Establish a control lever supply of air in the provision of a mode of a retsirkulyatsiya.
Push a control lever with giving against the stop forward on the car and fix a management cable in a clamp clip.
Check serviceability of functioning of management of supply of air.
Establish to the place of a ware box.
