Removal

To Poddomkratta a car back also establish it on the props got under a frame.
Establish a jack on the center of a case of the back bridge and cock it, having unloaded shock-absorbers.
Disconnect the bottom support of the shock-absorber from a plate of a step-ladder of a spring, push the shock-absorber up, having taken away it from a bridge case.
Lower the bridge, having removed weight from springs, give nuts of U-shaped bolts of a step-ladder and remove a basic plate.
Unscrew fixing nuts and remove fingers and earring plates from the back end of a spring.
Give a nut and a bolt of fastening of an anchor finger since the forward end of a spring. Remove a finger and take a spring from under the car.
With wire brush remove from spring sheets all dirt and corrosion traces. Examine spring sheets on existence of cracks and it is erose. Check durability of installation of the central bolt.
Check on existence of signs of wear and damages rubber plugs, earring fingers, an anchor finger and the course limiter. Replace defective components.

Originators of this Management recommend to make in all cases replacement of springs of a suspension bracket in pairs even if one of them is faulty only. |
|
|
Remember that springs are not interchangeable - right has a deflection on 22 mm more than the left. |
Installation
Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Do not tighten a nut of U-shaped bolts of a step-ladder with the effort exceeding 147 Nanometers as thus there can be a spring deformation to landing arms of the bridge or cutting of U-shaped bolts. A tightening of nuts with demanded effort make evenly, in some stages and watch correctness of provision of a basic plate.
Do not tighten a nut of fastening of an earring, an anchor finger and the bottom support of the shock-absorber until all weight of the car will not be transferred on its wheels. It will help to avoid excessive loads of rubber plugs upon transition them into position.

Replacement of plugs of the forward end of a spring

Replacement of rubber plugs of anchor fingers of springs of a back suspension bracket can be made without removal of springs from the car. |

Establish a jack on the center of a case back the bridge and cock it, having hung out the forward bridge and assemblies of springs.
Give fixture (a bolt with a nut) an anchor finger since the back end of a spring.
Take from a spring rubber plugs.

Installation is made upside-down.
Previously grease plugs with greasing for rubber components.
Tighten a nut of fastening of an anchor finger with effort of 76 ÷ 102 Nanometers, and a fixing bolt - with effort of 11 ÷ 15 Nanometers after the weight of the car will be transferred on its wheels.

The final tightening of all fixture with demanded effort should be made surely after transfer of weight of the car on wheels, differently plugs in use the car will be exposed to excessive loadings. |

Replacement of plugs of an earring of a spring

|
To Poddomkratta a car back also establish it on the props got under a frame of the chassis.
Establish a jack on the center of a case of the back bridge and cock it, having hung out the bridge and assemblies of springs.
Give fixing nuts and remove earring assembly from the back end of a spring and an arm подвеса.
Take rubber plugs from a spring.
Installation is made upside-down.
Previously grease plugs with greasing for rubber components.
Tighten fixing nuts with effort of 76 ÷ 102 Nanometers.

If it is not possible to combine correctly bolts of assembly of an earring with openings in a spring and arm plugs подвеса, it is necessary to insert the wooden block between a spring and a chassis beam, then to prop up the spring end a jack before the correct combination of components. |

|
The final tightening of all fixture with demanded effort should be made surely after transfer of weight of the car on wheels, differently plugs in use the car will be exposed to excessive loadings.
