To Poddomkratta a car front also establish it on props.
Disconnect a hydraulic tube from the executive cylinder.
Give fixing bolts and remove the executive cylinder. On models of 4.2 l remove also the thermofilter.

Installation Installation is made upside-down.
|
On models of 4.2 l track correctness of an arrangement of the thermofilter.
All fixture tighten with demanded effort.
In summary pump over hydraulic system.

Dismantling
|
After removal of the executive cylinder from the car remove from its end a rubber cover and a pusher.
Take from the cylinder the piston, a spring and a spring saddle (internal components of the executive cylinder of models of 4.2 l are shown on an accompanying illustration). At emergence of problems обстучите the cylinder wooden whetstone, or submit to an opening under connection of a hydraulic tube air with low pressure. Carefully remove from the piston a cuff.
Turn out from the executive cylinder the pumping gate.

Cleaning and condition check
|
Wash out components of the executive cylinder methyl alcohol.
|
At all do not apply to this purpose gasoline or mineral alcohols. |
Examine a cylinder mirror on existence of signs of wear, scratches, задиров and corrosion traces. In case of need make replacement.
Check also a piston condition, defective replace.
Check a cuff of the piston and a rubber protective cover on existence of signs of aging of a material and other defects, in case of need make replacement.
Check a pusher on existence of signs of wear, a bend and other damages. In case of need make replacement.
Check passableness and the general condition of the gate of pumping. In case of need clean the gate, or replace it.
Check serviceability of a condition of a piston spring. In case of identification of signs of deformation, weakening of developed effort, and also at detection of cracks and other defects make replacement.

Assembly
|
Grease with special greasing (for rubber components) a cuff of the piston and a cylinder mirror. Put on a cuff the piston.
Fill in the cylinder a spring saddle, a spring and the piston. Track, that sponges of a cuff were not turned out at installation.
Establish for the end of the executive cylinder a pusher and a rubber cover.
Screw the pumping gate, but do not tighten it while.
Establish the executive cylinder on the car.
