For performance described below procedures will be necessary the tool for a centering of a conducted disk (for coupling installation) and a stripper or a hammer with sliding brisk (for replacement of the plug of the directing bearing). |
Removal

Remove transmission from the car.
Having pulled for the internal end of the lever of switching off of coupling, remove the lever from a spherical support, then take it together a rubber protective cover and the bearing from a coupling case.
Release a clip and remove assembly of the vyzhimny bearing with the holder from the lever of switching off of coupling.
Release a collar and remove a rubber cover from the switching off lever (components of the mechanism of switching off of coupling are shown on an accompanying illustration).
Fix a pusher in the executive cylinder of coupling in order to avoid pushing out from the piston cylinder.
Mark the provision of a basket of coupling in relation to a flywheel (at assembly it should be observed).
Gradually weaken fixing bolts and remove assembly of a basket and a conducted disk from a flywheel (internal components of coupling are shown on an accompanying illustration).

Check of a condition of components

Examine a surface of frictional overlays of a conducted disk of coupling. In case of detection of signs of wear, zapolirovanny sites to shine or traces of pollution with oil replace a conducted disk.
If the disk is recognized suitable for further application at all do not allow pollution it oil, the greasing cleaning or hydraulic liquid, etc.

Make sure of reliability of landing in a conducted disk of its nave. Check a condition of dempferny springs.
Check a condition of components of a basket of coupling. Estimate degree of wear of petals of a diafragmenny spring of a press disk, whether check there are no in them cracks. The case of a basket examine on existence of signs of deformation. It is possible to eliminate minor defects by means of a thin emery paper.
Examine a flywheel surface on existence of the cracks caused by an overheat, traces of an obgoraniye, scratches and задиров. Easy defects eliminate by means of a thin emery paper.

Strongly damaged flywheel is subject to replacement. |
Check the plug of the directing bearing in an end face of a cranked shaft on existence of signs of wear and damages. In case of need take the plug by means of a stripper or a hammer with sliding brisk and establish instead of it new (by means of the special tool with a step opravka). At the correct installation the plug should act from an end face of a cranked shaft on 5.8 mm.
Check a condition of the lever of switching off of coupling, fixing clips and a spherical support. In case of identification of signs of strong wear or fatigue information replace defective components.
Check serviceability of functioning of the vyzhimny bearing (the bearing should rotate freely and silently). To take the bearing from the holder follows only for his replacement. Installation of the new bearing is made by a zapressovyvaniye of its internal holder.
Replace all defective components.

During cleaning of components of coupling do not immerse vyzhimny the bearing in cleaning liquid. The bearing is filled by greasing at manufacturer and additional greasing does not need. |

Moderately grease shlitsa of a pin of primary shaft of a transmission a disulfide - molybdenum greasing on a lithium basis. In case of installation of a new conducted disk check freedom of its moving on shlitsa of a pin of primary shaft. Remove a new disk from a shaft and remove from components (a pin of a shaft and a disk nave) excess of greasing.

Place a conducted disk on a flywheel acting sections of dempferny springs towards a coupling basket. Fix a disk in adjusting situation by means of the special aligning tool (the suitable tool can be made of a piece of wooden whetstone or a metal core of round section - see an accompanying illustration - the size A = by ø of an aligning neck of primary shaft, In = to internal ø of a nave of a conducted disk).

If the basket of coupling is not replaced, achieve combination of the landing labels put in the course of dismantle.

Screw bolts of fastening of a basket to a flywheel. Tighten bolts in a diagonal order, evenly in some stages with demanded effort. The assembly of coupling established on a flywheel is shown on an accompanying illustration.

In order to avoid damage of bolts of fastening of a basket before starting their tightening make sure that all from them are screwed. A tightening make according to the instruction stated above in this paragraph. |
Take aligning tool from a nave of a conducted disk.
Moderately grease the ends of the lever of switching off of coupling and its spherical support a disulfide - molybdenum greasing on a lithium basis.
With a small amount the same greasing grease contact points of the holder of the vyzhimny bearing and fill deepening in a nest of the holder.
Dress on the switching off lever a rubber protective cover.
Connect assembly of the vyzhimny bearing with the holder to the lever of switching off of coupling and establish a fixing clip.

Get lever assembly with the bearing in a coupling case, having tracked, that the fixing clip was strongly latched on a spherical support of the lever (established in a coupling case the mechanism of switching off is shown on an accompanying illustration). Also check reliability of fastening by a collar of a protective cover. A cover joint with a surface of a case of coupling miss the mark with silicone hermetic.

Weaken a pusher of the executive cylinder of coupling.
Establish transmission on the car.
Check adjustment of height of situation and a free wheeling of a pedal of coupling, in case of need make adjustment.
