Removal and installation
Removal

Disconnect electroconducting from a measuring instrument of an air stream.
Release clips of fastening of the top part of the case of an air purifier to the bottom.
Weaken collars and disconnect a sleeve of an air line of a measuring instrument from an air stream.
Remove the top half of the case of an air purifier and take filtering element.
Give fixing nuts and remove the bottom half of the case of an air purifier from the car.

Installation
Installation is made upside-down. After completion of installation of all components start the engine and check it on existence of leakages of air.

Weaken collars of fastening of an air line to a measuring instrument of an air stream and the throttle case.
Give a bolt (ы) exhaust silencer fastenings on a cover of a head of cylinders.
Mark and disconnect from the exhaust silencer hoses.
Remove air line assembly with the exhaust silencer from the car.
In case of need weaken a collar and disconnect an air line sleeve from the exhaust silencer.

Installation
Installation is made upside-down. Track, that the arrow on an air line sleeve at installation was combined with a dot label on the exhaust silencer.
Removal and installation of the case of a throttle
Removal

Remove an air line.
Disconnect a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve from draft on the throttle case.
Merge cooling liquid, having lowered its level is lower than level of an arrangement of the case of a throttle.
Disconnect from the throttle case okhladitelny hoses.
from the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve (TPS) and the idling sensor switch (the arrangement of the case of a throttle and accompanying components is shown on an accompanying illustration).
Disconnect from the throttle case a vacuum hose.
Give fixing bolts, remove the throttle case with laying from the delivery chamber and take it from the car.

Installation
Installation is made upside-down.
|
|
Do not forget to remove carefully all traces of a material of old laying from interfaced surfaces of the delivery chamber and the throttle case. If in the case of a throttle traces of coal deposits are found, remove them by means of special structure for cleaning of carburetors. Try not to allow hits of cleaning liquid on electric components and on a spindle.
Before establishing the case of throttles, make sure of correctness of placement of laying.
Tightening of bolts make evenly, in a diagonal order, achieving at the last stage of demanded effort.
Add cooling liquid in cooling system.
Execute TPS check, in case of need make its adjustment.
Adjust a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve.
Start the engine and check it on leakages of air.

Disconnect the cable core from draft on the throttle case.
Weaken an adjusting nut and liberate a cable cover from an arm.
In salon of the car hook the plastic plug of a cable and take it from the top part of the lever of a pedal of gas. Liberate the cable core from the lever.
Give bolts of fastening of an arm of a cable.
Involve a cable through a partition of an impellent compartment in car salon.
Check a cable and its cover on existence of signs of wear, a peg and other damages. In case of need replace a cable.

Installation
Installation is made upside-down.

At installation avoid a perekruchivaniye of a cable and excessively do not bend it in order to avoid education a peg.
Track correctness of landing of the plastic plug of a cable in the lever of a pedal of gas.

Adjustment
|
|
Make sure that manual gas is completely released.
Ask the assistant to squeeze out a gas pedal completely.
In an impellent compartment, rotating an adjusting nut, achieve butterfly valve installation in completely open situation. Strongly tighten an adjusting nut.
Release a pedal of gas and make sure that the zaslonka was completely closed, and the pedal has a free wheeling about 1 ÷ 3 mm. The cable core on the throttle case should have a small weak point also. In case of need repeat adjustment.
