Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
Uncover the distributor assembled VV wires.
Disconnect from the distributor electroconducting and a vacuum hose of the proof-reader of ignition.
Turn the engine clockwise so that the begunok turned a nouse towards an arrangement of the plug of a candle wire of the first cylinder. Make sure of combination of distributive labels on the engine.
Mark position of the case of the distributor in relation to a head of cylinders, then give a fixing bolt and remove the distributor. Try to remember in what direction the begunok was turned and fix its final situation.

Installation Installation is made upside-down.

Check a condition of a sealing ring (rings) of the distributor, replace the defective.
If the engine was turned after distributor extraction, turn of a cranked shaft bring the piston of the first cylinder into the situation close to the provision VMT of the end of a step of compression, then achieve combination of a label of VMT of a cranked shaft with a zero mark of a distributive scale on a cover of a drive of the gas-distributing mechanism.

If to turn out a spark plug of the first cylinder and to clamp a candle opening a finger, at piston approach to the provision VMT of the end of a step of compression there will be a distinct feeling of pressure. |
If the engine was not turned, establish a begunok in a starting position (which it occupied after from extraction from the engine) and establish the distributor in a head of cylinders, achieving combination of landing labels. Screw a fixing bolt.
Connect to the distributor electroconducting and a vacuum hose and execute installation of a corner of an advancing of ignition.

Dismantling Models of 3.0 l

Give the fixing screw and remove a begunok. Remove the screen of the limiter of turns and sealing rings (see an accompanying illustration).
Disconnect electroconducting from the control unit. Give fixing screws and take from the distributor a plait of wires.
Give fixing screws and remove a stator and a magnet (internal components of the distributor are shown on an accompanying illustration).
Having hooked two screw-drivers, remove a rotor of the sensor of ignition from a shaft, take a cylindrical pin. Remember the adjusting provision of a rotor.
Give the remained screws of fastening of the block of the vacuum proof-reader. Remove an E-shaped clip and remove the block from the distributor.
Give fixing screws and remove from the distributor a basis plate.
Supporting a driving gear wheel of the distributor, give the screw of fastening of a shaft of a rotor of the sensor of ignition. Take a shaft from the distributor case.
Mark adjusting provisions of springs and грузиков the proof-reader of an advancing of ignition.
Disconnect and remove springs.
Remove E-shaped clips and remove грузики the proof-reader.

Give fixing screws and remove from the distributor a plait of wires.
Give remained fixing and remove assembly of contacts of the breaker from the distributor.
Give fixing screws and remove from the distributor a grounding wire.
Give the remained screws of fastening of the block of the vacuum proof-reader. Remove an E-shaped clip and take the vacuum proof-reader from the distributor.
Give fixing screws and remove a basis plate from the distributor.
Supporting a driving gear wheel, give the screw of fastening of a cam. Take a cam from the distributor case.
Mark adjusting provisions of springs and грузиков the proof-reader of an advancing of ignition.
Disconnect and remove springs.
Remove E-shaped clips and remove грузики the proof-reader.

Cleaning and condition check
|

Carefully wash out all components, except for electric knots and the block of the vacuum proof-reader of an advancing of ignition, in suitable solvent.
Estimate degree of wear of the bottom shaft and the distributor case. In case of need make replacement.
Check a cam, грузики and springs on existence of signs of wear and damages. In case of need make replacement.
Check on wear and damages a basis plate. In case of need replace.
On models of 4.2 l check breaker contacts on existence of signs of wear and cavities. In case of need make replacement.

At installation of new assembly of contacts of the breaker surely replace also the condenser. |
Check a distributor cover, a begunok and the screen of the limiter of turns on existence of cracks, coal paths, прогаров and traces of corrosion of plugs.
Estimate degree of wear of the central piece of coal. Measure size of its vystupaniye.
Check the block of the vacuum proof-reader on existence of signs of leaks through a diaphragm for what press on connecting draft, press a finger to a soaking-up tube, then release draft. Depression under a finger should keep within at least 30 seconds.
Check a condition of sealing rings, replace the defective.
Estimate degree of wear of a driving gear wheel.

Moderately grease with high-temperature greasing of an axis грузиков, springs and drafts of the vacuum proof-reader of an advancing of ignition.
Establish грузики and springs according to the labels put in the course of dismantle. Fix them E-shaped clips.
Establish a shaft of a rotor of the sensor of ignition, screw the fixing screw.
Establish a basis plate, fix it screws.
Establish the block of the vacuum proof-reader of an advancing of ignition and an E-shaped clip.
Establish a plait of wires, fix it screws. Screw screws of fastening of the block of the vacuum proof-reader.
Adjust an air gap.
Establish the screen of the limiter of turns and sealing rings.
Establish a begunok, fix it the screw.
Establish the distributor on the engine.

Establish a plait of wires, fix it screws. Screw screws of fastening of the block of the vacuum proof-reader.
Adjust a gap in breaker contacts.
Establish the screen of the limiter of turns and sealing rings.
Establish a begunok, fix it the screw.
Establish the distributor on the engine.
